The flattening of the black moor's eye may be a result of dirty water and bacterial or fungal infection. The most practical way to do is always maintain a good water quality of the aquarium. On the other hand, to augment the cleaning process, the use of medicine like anti-bacteria or anti-fungal medicine is advisable.

This means something has happened to your fish. Whatever it is doesn't matter. What matters is clean, fresh water and clean the filter on a regular basis. Even clean the filter after feeding the fish to prevent particles in the water which can lead to infection in your black moor.

Make sure there is clean water in the fish's aquarium with lower amounts of nitrates and/or have the water filtered often. This would help prevent infections to the eye. Also, you must avoid overfeeding the fish so as not to contaminate the new water and the water should not be heated.

Make sure that you provide the black moor with the cleanest water possible (the freshest water/cycled with low nitrates). This will prevent infections.
