Unfortunately, this could be a sign of serious trouble. You need to contact your doctor and have it checked out. Sometimes babies sleep a lot in utero, but you need to find out for sure what is going on. I'm praying for you and the baby, that everything turns out all right.

You need to see your doctor right away. Your doctor is the only one who can determine if there is aproblem or not.

First of all, how old is your baby? If you mean active like playing, running, etc. , maybe you baby is just changing or getting more mature.

Towards the end of the pregnancy it is normal for some movements to slow down as your baby is growing and running out of room. If you go at least 24 hours with no movement from the baby, you should see a doctor immediatly. Sometimes eating cookies and laying down will make them move.

Have your child seen by a doctor immediately, as lethargy or a lack of movement can be an indication of a serious problem.
