Your sister is going through many hormonal changes that you will experience in a few years. Give her some space to think and breathe. Don't try to accompany her everywhere, but explain to her that you do like spending time together and want to get along.

If your sister hates you, then you should keep continuing to love her unconditionally no matter what. Eventually she will come around, whether it takes a day or a year.

You should try to talk to her and see what is wrong. Also, this may just be a stage she is going throu and will grow out of.

First of all, I very much doubt that she actually hates you. I'm sure she loves you but just acts mean. There is no excuse for picking on anyone, but 13 is a confusing age to be. She will grow out of it as she gets more mature.
