You are fine, your baby is not receiving nutrients from you till you are six to eight weeks pregnant. In fact at a couple weeks pregnant your baby has not even implanted into the wall of the uterus yet. Pregnacy is dated back to your last menstrual period, with that being week one.

During a womans first trimester it is important to be aware of the food, drinks and medicines the mother injest. Many women will accidentally injest something that can cause possible harm to their unborn child. It is important to notify your doctor at your first pre-natal visit of this injestion of medication and follow any reccomendations by them.

You should contact your doctor immediately. Diazepam is listed as a Category D by the FDA, which means that it is proven to be harmful to unborn babies. Only medicines such as Tylenol, which are category A are safe to use while you are pregnant. Discontinue using Diazepam and contact your doctor as soon as possible.

This is a question best answered by your obstetrician. Some studies indicate a higher incidence of cleft palette and other abnormalities but are based on long term usage during pregnancy.

You should call your doctor and set up an appointment. Explain the situation to your doctor and get their advice.
