If you were at fault, then be prepared to pay damages out of your pocket to the other party. If you weren't, then you may have your damages paid.

If you are at fault for the loss, then not having coverage may be some of you smaller worries. Not only may you lose your license, but you can also have wages garnished to repay any claims other insurers pay on your behalf. If you're not at fault, then depending on your state, you may still be barred from collecting.

First: Pay the other-persons' medical & property damages (unless they were completely-liable/responsible for the-accident, & NOT-you). Act as a BENEVOLET-"insurance-adjuster", request multiple-repair-quotations, but ensure other-parties are "happy" & bills paid. Second (depending on your-jurisdiction/state), You PROBABLY need MANDATORY-"SR-22"-bond/liability-insurance. Third, You PROBABLY need to promptly report the accident to your local-jurisdiction/state-BMV/DMV-authorities.

It is against the law to drive a vehicle if you do not have auto insurance. If you have been involved in an accident and are uninsured, seek legal assistance.

First off you shouldn't be driving without a valid liability insurance policy. Your best bet, now that you've had an accident is contact a lawyer.

Work out a payment plan with the other party (if there is one) if you were at fault. If you were not at fault, they are required to reimburse you.

First, hope the accident isn't your fault. If it isn't then you may collect from the other driver, unless you live in Louisiana.

First you must find the nearest car repair shop to fix your car after your car has been repaired and out of the garage and then immediately search for motor vehicle insurance for your car in good company with broad protection at affordable premiums and have a good car repair shop partners and qualified.

Well, if you were not at fault, and it was the other party. I'm sure you must have taken down their phone number and license plate. Either you can let the cops know what happened or you can reach an out of court agreement with the person who may have damaged your car.

It is illegal to drive without insurance. You had better hope that no one got hurt. If they did and the police find you, you will be facing jail time. You may even lose your license, it could be forever or it could be for just a small amount of time.
