What should I do about the leaking rear end of a Ford F150?

Clean off all the old oil that has leaked out. See if you can find where the leak is coming from. If it is coming from around the cover, try tightening the bolts around the cover. If it still leaks there, you need to replace the gasket. Also, make sure the drain/fill plugs are tight.

Well if you know have to repair it you can replace which seal is leaking. Otherwise just take it to a reliable shop and have them fix it for you.

If you are having leaking problems on your front end I would check all of your hoses and pumps. One of these could have a hole and need to be repaired.
