Get the fan relay checked. If it's faulty it will need to be replaced. You haven;t told us whether the furnace blower buzzes without running or does the motor actually run with a humming / buzzing sound?

I'll tell ya something, get it checked and replace the furnace blower motor as soon as possible. it's almost November now and you don't wanna have a cold winter buddy! If you have kids at home they will never forgive you for a cold Christmas - be a good dad!

If it's a capacitor start motor, then the cap of your furnace blower may need some changing. How has your oiling routine be? This could play a big role.

You could have someone check it out, but you most likely need a new furnace blower motor. Your bearings could be seizing.
