You need to take the cat to vet immediately. Has your cat used it's litter box during this time? If not call your vet now or bring it to an emergency clinic.

You should take the cat to the vet right away, preferably an emergency vet. it sounds like your cat is not able to eat or process any kind of nutrients from it's food. Your cat could starve to death without medical assistance. Please call the vet right away, don't wait any longer.

You should take your cat the the veterinarian immediately. Muscle loss indicates that the cat is not getting enough of the necessary nutrients. The distended stomach could mean a blockage.

This seems to mean either internal parasites or could be a bowel obstruction. Either way muscle loss means the body is getting nutrition from the body itself (the body is eating itself) because it isn't getting enough from diet.

Your cat needs to go to the vet as soon as possible. Before you arrive, try to remember what your cat was doing a few days ago. If it was chewing on a string or yarn, or a plastic grocery bag, it may have a linear foreign body obstruction. Also tell the vet of any recent changes in eating habits.

This sounds like a serious problem and you must get into to see your vet quickly. There must be some blockage for the cat to have a distended stomach.
