You can do the regular hearts but you can also do things like cherubs and love shaped letters. You can often find sets online or in the store.

Cupid with his bow and arrow are good cookie cutters. Cookie cutters spelling out words like love or Valentine are also good examples for Valentines day. Some people get very creative and make a bouquet of flower from cookie cutters. Of course there is always the simple heart with red sprinkles.

Hearts are an obvious. But you can also find a cutter in the shape of an arrow and cupid. You can also take a regular round cookie and decorate it.
