What name should you put on a title for home tax purposes?

I need to know if you use your full legal name on a title for tax purposes.

For tax purposes, the same name used to file taxes should be the one on the property deed as well as all loan documents. You should use the same name for all legal purposes.

You should use the name of the entity that uses the property in question. If the house is for you, then you should use your legal name.

Your full legal name, and any other names by which you are known, should appear on your ownership papers. This will protect yor interests for taking tax deductions.

Yes, you should use your full legal name on the title for tax and ownership purposes. If it is jointly owned, list all owners legal names.
