I would talk to your dentist and your doctor both about this. There are certain medications that you can take for pain but you most certainly need to talk to them about it. All people and pregnacies are different. For the safety of you and your baby the best thing is to ask your doctor and no one else.

All medications taken during pregnancy must be approved through an OB/GYN. However, most dentists will prescribe regular strength tylenol to help with the pain after an extraction. Again, your dentist and OB/GYN will confer on the best medication for your situation.

Well usually wisdom teeth removal don't hurt that much. I'd avoid taking any medicine. Worst comes to worst I'd recommend advil but not on an empty stomach. If you want it to go away try drinking soup.

While opinions differ on the risks associated with taking pain medications while pregnant, Tylenol is considered by almost all oral surgeons and obstetricians as safe.

If you are looking for an "over the counter" medication, most physicians will tell you only take Extra Strength Tylenol. Check with your OBGYN for something stronger.
