A full spectrum light is the closest thing that we have to sunlight. You can purchase full spectrum bulbs from plant stores, pet stores and some mail order companies that market full spectrum. There are some incandescent bulbs that are sold as full spectrum, but they are merely coated to absorb the yellow, so beware of false advertisements.

Light therapy is done with full spectrum light fixtures. One can order device specific from online or just buy full sprectum bulbs.
