What kind of tires have the numbers 265, 75, 16?

Those sound like the tires dimensions. It is a 16" diameter tire that is 265 mm wide and a 75% aspect ratio. There is no way to tell the brand though because these are just sizes used to classify the tires. A hundred manufactures could make the same sized tire.

That's the size: 265 75R16. That tire is 265 millimeters wide at the beads, has an aspect ratio of 75% (the sidewall is 75% as tall as the bead is wide), the R means it's a radial tire, and 16 is the diameter of the wheel in inches. That's a fairly large tire, like a truck or SUV tire.
