Many times it's retirees looking for a little extra income. They could come from all walks of life, from retired electricians to retired police officers. When it's an rv site, they often live there year-round.

When looking for a property manager, you should look for a licensed real estate agent. A licensed agent would know the rental laws and be able to provide better service.
