Yes they do, and it's good. I've also had garlic candy, garlic caramel corn, and a few other crazy concoctions. You'll find garlic sausages, crepes, soups/stews, shakes, and plenty of "normal" foods that use garlic as a primary flavor. If you go, prepare yourself to have a good time, and eat a lot.
