Games where children can work on awareness of their environment really help. There are lots of options - using trashcan and crumpled paper to try to teach where something goes as well as coordination. Making paper clean up a "basketball game" in which the child learns coordination to shoot the "ball" also helps.

If you are thinking about games, like in toys, than stuff animals so they don't get hurt. If you are thinking of interacting games than drawing contest using crayons, clay or paint. But be carefully cause they might want to eat it. or get something that is eatable

Sing-a-longs in which kids get to act out motions are good. Try: Itsy Bitsy Spider, If You're Happy and You Know It, Wheels on the Bus.
