This will vary depending on which region of the United States you plan on visiting. You should see variety of animals no matter which region you chose. You may see River Otters, Beavers, variety of fish, salamanders, frogs, Blue Herons, Cranes, and several species of snakes. Whatever region you chose to go to you will sure to see wildlife.

In the U.S. you might find beavers, otters, ducks, snakes, and frogs. It will depend on the location but there are plenty of animals. Of course there are also fish and birds.

There are river otters, beavers, trout, crayfish, fish in general. You will encounter mainly wildlife on land or fish, depending on the area you are canooing through. There may be turtles and frogs as well.

It really is dependent on where you are going canoeing. Obviously there are usually fish, but there can be anything from alligators to snakes to birds to salamanders to otters!
