What is wrong if I'm feeling rectum and lower abdomen pressure?

It may be simply constipation. Try exlax or another similar item. If it continues, you may have to see a doctor to be completely sure as to what it is. I know I experienced similar symptoms and exlax helped a lot. If you're a woman, it could be ovarian cysts pressing on your organs.

There are many different causes for rectum and lower abdomen pressure. Pregnancy, Gas, Cancer, Appendicitis, Menstrual cramps, Diverticulitis, UTI, Kidney stone, IBS, Crohn's disease, Gastroenteritis, and many more are all possibilites. The best way to find out what is actually happening is to see a doctor and have tests run.

You may have one of many ailments ranging from something as simple as GI water retention to a much more serious impending anal prolapse, either can be seen on xray

The most common reason for the sensation of rectal and lower abdominal pressure is the presence of fecal material in the sigmoid colon and rectum. Defecating should relieve the pressure.

Chronic constipation, prolapse of rectum, malignancy with huge growth in the colon or rectum, severe amoebic collitis or ulcerative collitis, urinary bladder cancer pressing on the colo-rectal region, huge rectal polyp etc. are the main causes of feeling pressure on rectum or lower abdomen. Per rectal digital exam. ,colonoscopy, MRI of lower abdomen will help to diagnose the condition.

You are likely constipated. drink more fluids and eat more fibre. Garbage in equals garbage out, it's as simple as that .
