It is likely that you are suffering from irritable bowel syndrome if the symptoms relieve with a bowel movement. If this is not the case, the next most likely situation is that you have hemorrhoids. There is also a possibility that you are suffering from gallstones, kidney stones or a tumor. See your doctor to evaluate your symptoms further.

If you are a women in childbearing years those are some more uncommon signs of pregnancy and you should consider a pregnancy test. Otherwise that is a good sign that you are undernourished. Try increasing your fiber intake and eating more fruits and veggies. Also, talk to your doctor if this persist with diet change.

These symptoms can be attributed to several things such as colon cancer, kidney infection, hemorroids, or gallbladder problems. All of which can be tested by urine tests and ultrasounds. The most probable diagnosis is diverticulitis which causes inflammation and infection and similar symptoms such as abdominal pain, fever, bloating, constipation, diarrhea, and right flank pain.

The flank pain and backache may be resulting from the constipation. Impacted stool in your large intestine can cause both of these types of pain.
