Venlor is a generic form of Effexor, an extended release serotonin and norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor. It is used to treat depression, depression with anxiety symptoms, generalized anxiety disorder, social anxiety disorder, and panic disorder. It has not been approved for use in patients under the age of 18, pregnant patients, or breastfeeding patients.
