Salmonella can be hard to diagnose because the symptoms are common to other ailments. If you think you may have it, you might want to seek medical advice because to some people it can be dangerous(elderly, young, or have a chronic illness). Usually this condition will go away in a few days. Talk to doctor about taking any diarrhea medications.

You better go to a doctor so that you will be properly diagnosed specially if you have fever, severe diarrhea and vomiting as it may cause dehydration.
