The main treatment is rest and alleviating the symptoms: icing the elbow, taking ibuprofren, and avoiding activities that cause pain or strain. It is normal for recovery to take several weeks or months. It can help to see a physical therapist for exercises and other strategies. If symptoms persist after some time, surgery is an option of last resort.

The treatment of elbow als seems that with cubitus varus, the mechanical axis, the olecranon, and the triceps line of pull are all displaced medially, and the repetitive external rotation torque can overstretch the lateral collateral ligament complex leading to chronic posterolateral rotatory instability. After the treatment one should take the advice of the doctorand do accordingly.
