There is really no standard except that the curves are at an incline which makes it easier for the cars to turn when they are going 180 miles per hour.

This is such a general question. Basically a circle track car only needs to turn left. So the suspention is lower on the left and higher on the right. Install a roll cage and put in the largest engine allowed by your circut and try to win.

The standard could be NASCAR rules of Formula V-100 rules. Generally you will have 10 to 20 cars per race with at lease a 2. 5 mile course. The cars can stop for repairs as needed in the "pits".
