After the sell, the seller must send the item to the buyer, taking care to pack it properly. The seller should make sure the item sold was accurately described, and take care to be in communication with the buyer, inform them when you sent the package, and a reasonable estimate of when the item should arrive.

A seller typically has no responsibility after the sale after a receipt has been provided. They may have an obligation to transfer the title or deed to the buyer.

Nothing. Except, the seller must disclose anything knowingly defective. Improper disclosure may lead to seller being liable for the cost of repairs or even repurchase. Always remember though, "Buyer Beware".

The seller's responsibility after a sale would be always stand behind it if it has any flaws or if it needs to be replaced for any reason. That means alot for it to have a good policy for refunds.

The seller is not responsible for the sold item unless the item is covered under warranty. Then it really is the manufactuer that is responsible.

The seller's responsibility after the sale depends on the product sold and where it was sold. Was this a private sale? Or was this purchased at a store?
