In New York, the remorse period for car buyers is 3 days. From the day you purchased the car you will have that many days to change your mind and return it to the dealer. Unfortunately if it has actually already been 4 days then you are out of luck.

There is no remorse period for car buyers in New York since car buying is oral agreement which is unenforceable.

Typically you have untill the third business night after signing to back out. Weather or not the rights apply definatly depends on the exact ciercumstances surrounding the contract. look over the whole contract to see what you have agreed to.
