Heat your oven to 425 degrees and cook it for 15 to 20 minutes. The internal temperature should be about 155 degrees when you take it out of the oven. Let it sit for about 10 minutes, covered and it will achieve the 160 degree temperature recommended for pork. Enjoy.

The recommended cook time would be around 40 minutes in the oven with the temperature set at 350. Make sure the pork is not pink inside before you serve. Be careful not to overcook as pork becomes dry.

The internal temperature needs to be 160 degrees for tenderloin. It could take as little as 10 minuets on the stove. If you slice it thin the meat will cook in less than 10 minutes.
