What is the quickest way to lose 2 pounds?

A fast of liquids will do the trick. The best being vegetable and fruit juices made fresh. This is something that shouldn't be done for more than 3 days.

Record the number of calories you eat, and keep to a maximum of 1400 if you're a man, and 1200 if you're a woman. If you're feeling hungry, drink lots of water (but keep away from drinks like sodas or milk). Also, exercise hard and break a sweat for at least ninety minutes a day.

The quickest way to lose two pounds, at least for the weekend (it will probably return very quickly,) is to temporarily dispose of some excess water weight. This can be done by, excersising and sweating it out or using a sauna to sweat it out. Some people even experience temporary weight loss the day after drinking.

You can put on a heavy cotton jogging suit and go about your daily routines in the house by cleaning. You'll be sweating completing household chores such as scrubbing the bathroom, mopping the floors, sorting out the closet, etc. However, keep a bottle of water close at hand. Try to complete each household chore with consistent movement and no breaks.

Doing a semi-fast of only water and fruit is a good (and healthy) way to lose weight quickly. In addition to a consistent workout of walking and light aerobic exercises.
