There is a turkey and rice that Science Diet has that works pretty well for sensitive stomachs. There are a few companies that have lines that focus on the special needs food. I think two that I would suggest are California Natural or Natual Balance. The Natural Balance sweet potatoe and fish seems to work wonders.

You need to pick one kind of food and stay with it. Try Cesar for Small Dogs. It's specially formulated for small dogs since they often have sensitive stomachs and a hard time chewing.
