Hook up both monitors to the computer. Right click on desktop, go to properties, and go to the monitors tab. Either extend monitors or duplicate to have it on both.

If you are using a desktop computer, you need a second video card or video output. Connect your extra monitor to the second output and open the video/screen properties. Within the Configuration tab drag the image of monitor 2 over monitor 1. Be sure not extend your monitor desktop.

Select the Slide Show tab and click the Set Up Show button (found in the Set Up group). In the Multiple Monitors section of the dialog box, change the Display Slide Show On setting to Secondary Monitor. Switch to Notes View on the primary monitor.

First check to make sure that you have two ports where you can plug both monitors in your computer, unless you want to deal with networks. Hook 'em both up.

The following steps are use to do this. First go to the display property option then select property menu in it by right click on the screen. In this menu there are two monitor icons such as monitor 1 and 2. From these two monitor you can use one for laptop or computer another one is for secondary screen.

you need to hook up the external monitor. This should prompt your computer to either extend, or replicate your desktop. Simply choose and display.

You can do with dual monitor mode support. The presenter view can also be used but the window showing the notes is not resezable

Goto display properties option and select the setting s menu in display properties menu. Right click your laptop screen and select Properties, which brings up your Display Properties dialog box. Click the Settings tab at the top right, and you'll see Monitor 1 and 2 icons. Monitor 1 should be your laptop screen, and Monitor 2 your audience screen.

At first collect notes and assign the parts to be presented. Then do it with animation. Then copy it in the second monitor. Then go to powerpoint presentation and open the file. Go to powerpoint animation and express in second monitor
