It would be wise to replace the entire seat belt rather than match the tear. Sewing or patching up the tear could lead to a worse accident.

I would recommend you go for a new one because I don't trust repairing. It might not be 100%. it does not matter how small the torn part may look the risks are more than 50%. Otherwise it must be repaired you can look for a hard patch and with your good quality super glue you block the torn part.

You definitely need to replace the seatbelt, as it is one of the most important safety devices in the car. Unbolt the bolts holding the belt in and replace the old belt with a new one. Door panels may need to be removed.

You don't want to try to repair a seat belt in a car because if something happens it will be on your shoulders. The best thing to do is go to the junk yard and get the seat belt out of a car like yours and just replace it.

It is not a good idea to repair a seat belt. If it's torn just replace the whole belt. A patched belt could still fail. Just contact a dealer or look online and spen the extra money to ensure your own safety.

To clean car seat belts, use a product specific for that material, extend the seat belt out and rub the product in with a microfiber towel. Repeat the process until the stain is removed from the car seat belt with cleaning advice from the owner of a car
