Fellow is in the English language referred to as a friend or a peer. The opposite of fellow would be enemy I guess.

There are about nine different meanings of the word 'fellow'. In it's most common usage, it is slang for 'man' so the opposite would be a slang word for 'women', such as 'lass'. It is also slang for 'boyfriend', so an opposite (or antonym) would be a slang word for girlfriend, such as 'lady' or 'squeeze'
