The name of the disease is progeria. I remember this from watching shows about it on Discovery Health and TLC. From my research, it's also known as "Hutchinson–Gilford progeria syndrome," or "Hutchinson–Gilford syndrome," but most people just refer to it as progeria. Another, possibly archaic, name for this disease is HGPS.

The disease or syndrome you've described is known as Progeria/Hutchinson–Gilford progeria syndrome/Hutchinson–Gilford syndrome. It is an extremely rare genetic condition caused by a mutation in a particular gene. It is often fatal for those that get it before they reach adulthood, as most live only to their teens.

There are a few "accelerated aging" diseases, but the one discussed most often is called Progeria. It is an extremely rare genetic condition, and those with Progeria usually only live about 13 years. Children with Progeria appear "old" and suffer from age related problems like atherosclerosis or cardiovascular problems.

Hutchinson-Gilford Progeria syndrome (HGPS) or Progeria is the most well known disease that can cause the body to visibly age prematurely.
