A Rum and Coke or Vodka and soda are about the lowest calorie drinks you are going to find. Both have about 65 calories per drink. Other options include a white wine spritzer (80 calories, a bloody Mary (90 calories), or light beer (100 calories.

High proof alcohols like gin, rum, vodka, and whiskey have no calories. So drink them as much as you like. Wines also have pretty low calorie counts. If you like beer darker brews like Guinness and stouts have less calories than other beers.

I cannot believe how much nonsense is written here. Alcohol contains calories. Sugar contains calories. Sugary alcoholic drinks therefore contains most calories and dry alcoholic drinks at the same alc. level contains less. Sugar calories seem to be more fattening though.

Pretty much all alcohol has more than enough calories. However, there is beer out there, such as MGD 64 which only has 64 calories in it. The best thing you can do is limit the amount of drinks you have to one or two drinks. Drinking in moderation will not kill your diet.

A light beer such as MGD 64 is probably the best way to go. The next best thing would be a small glass of wine, which has about 80-100 calories. Avoid mixed drinks and keep in mind that the higher the alcohol content of the beverage, the more calories it has.
