Depending on the program, you can generally use the CTRL key, while moving the scroll wheel on the mouse. Alternativly, you can also use CTRL and the + and - keys.

You can enlarge the font size on emails and webpages with several ways. A fast and easy way is to press "Ctrl" and then "scroll" your mouse up. "Scrolling" down will go you back.

To increase the font size on web pages keep the Ctrl button pressed and then press the plus(+)button and to decrease the font size on web pages use the minus (-) button instead of plus (+). You can also move the scroll button on the mouse upwards or downwards by keeping the Ctrl button pressed.

Oh, shortcuts! Anyways, on many word processors (even online) it's often "Alt+]", and "Alt+[" to shrink. If you just need to view it in bigger font, you can "ctrl+scroll up". scroll up meaning rolling upward the scroll button on your mouse. downward movement of course, makes the website look smaller on your screen,
