This theory states that social interaction, or interaction with other people and the society or culture at large underlies who we are and explains why we do what we do. This contrasts with other theories of motivation that focus on the role of internal drives or instincts of the individual.

This takes place as an individual encounters different people, and their new perspectives on society as a whole.. Changes and Horizons are broadened, everytime we come into contact with other individuals.. No Two Strangers will ever agree on absolutely eerything in this life, so there is much to be learned from everyone we come in contact with, while we're here....
