Paranoia is an irrational belief that people are conspiring against you. Schizophrenia comes in several forms, but is basically a series of delusions. They often, but not always, occur together.
Schizophrenia is a mental disorder which has many symptoms; including paranoia. Paranoia describes an anxiety of a threat to the point where it can be considered delusional.
