In orthodox Christianity God is one deity consisting of the three persons Father, Son (Jesus) and Holy Spirit. Jesus is the Son of God the Father, and also one with the Father and Spirit. Jesus is the only one to have become human. None is superior to the other two.

According to the Bible, Jesus is the son of God and God incarnate, and God is the Father and Creator.
