Baptis is a minority group among Christians, a specific set of Christians and not a different religion. Unlike many Christians Baptists believe in adult baptism.

There is not a difference between Christians and Baptists. The Baptist religion is simply a group of Christians that follow a certain doctrine, using the BIBLE as their source of scripture. If a church follows the teachings of the Bible, and believes that Jesus Christ died and rose again, and is their Savior- and the Son of God, they're Christians.

Baptist is a Christian church. So Baptists are a subgroup of Christians and not separate from them. They tend to be congregational based which differs from Catholics.
