The gross domestic product of the planet was $58.26 trillion American dollars as of 2009. This is called the gross world product or GWP. This is a decline from the 65.61 trillion dollar GWP from 2007 due to the global economic collapse and devaluation of real estate and other investments.

In United States dollar, the Gross Domestic product for the entire world (in 2008) was a total of $71 trillion dollars. Which amounts to roughly $10,000 per capita. Though you can assume this number has drastically changed as of 2009 by about +10 or 20 trillion due to the economy.
