Do not let him fall asleep with a bottle in his mouth. Brush his teeth twice a day with an infant toothpaste, and give him a few sips of water after eating solids so he can loosen up the food in his mouth. He might have a yeast infection if it looks like there are white patches in his mouth.

I would not worry about your baby's breath, if you must you can brush their teeth and tongue with a baby tooth brush with tooth paste that is fluoride free. You can get these products at your local store in the baby department. If their breath is real bad maybe get it looked at by your doctor.

You should take him to a doctor to see if it's a throat infection. It could also be because of sucking his or her thumb. Also, make sure that you clean your child's mouth in the morning after they get up. If it persists, make sure to consult with your pediatrician.

If you child has any teeth you can brush his teeth. It must be something he is eating to cause this. Has he had any dietary changes since you noticed his bad breath? Maybe is has an upset stomach that should be looked into. Talk to your doctor about this issue.

Bad breath is likely due to the formula and food he is eating. While the answer may be that simple, you may want to have your doctor check for any digestive problems that are creating the bad breath through the stomach and esophagus. Other than teeth brushing, there isn't any other answers.

There is nothing you can do for bad baby breath, as they are to young to use toothpaste, mouth wash or chew gum.

This may be hard to believe but there is tooth paste, and special foods that babies can eat that will help their breath.
