All of the measurements in the first trimester are crown to rump measurements. At 11 weeks of pregnancy, your baby should be about one and a half inches long.

Your baby is probably 2. 5 cm or about an inch. In other words, very tiny still. Wish you the best!

The baby measures 2 1/2 to 3 inches and weights 1 1/2 ounces by the end of the 3rd months.

At this point, the developing fetus is about 50 millimeters from crown to rump and weighs about eight grams, which is about a quarter of an ounce. It will grow another 10-15 millimeters each week (about a centimeter to a centimeter-and-a-half) over the next several weeks.
