Like anything related to construction, the answer is: "it depends". Is it attached (i'm guessing no)? What type of exterior/roofing do you plan to use? Does it need to match your house? For a garage you can figure on $30-$40/Sq foot but if you need options like heat, or windows, thermal insulating garage door, the price can escalate quickly.
