What is the connection between diet and growing taller?

I want my son to be as tall as he can be.

Your son should eat a healthy, clean diet. Limit sugar, simple carbs and salt intake. Try whole foods eating. This is when you eat foods as close as you can get to their original form. For example, fresh fruits, veggies, and meat. Stay away form processed foods. But in the end, it all comes down to genetics.
