Thinning hair occurs for a number of reasons. Sometimes it's hereditary, but other times it's health or stress related. No matter what, thinning hair is usually beyond the individual's control.

Sometimes it is hereditary, but also take a look at your diet. If your body is lacking any nutrients, or you don't get enough, take vitamins.
