You will have the best luck if you lightly cover the fish and reheat at no more than 50% power. This will allow you to slowly rewarm the fish (rather than recooking it) by not allowing it to get too hot.

A lot of things don't seem to taste as good when heated in a microwave. I find that if you wrap the fish up in moist paper towles you will keep more of the moisture in it and not have it taste like cardboard.

Pre-heat the oven to around 320 degrees. Wrap leftover fish in aluminum foil. Leave the fish in the oven for around 15 minutes. Quickness is the key. Put a little butter on the top of the fish fillet, or reheat it in a shallow container with a little sauce or water in the bottom to preventing fish from becoming tough.
