What is the best way to get toned?

I am a good weight and pretty fit, but I want to tone up. How?

The best way to achieve definition in muscles is by lifting very light weight but very high repetitions. Example being to tone biceps, take just the barbell and curl it until the bar is too hard to lift once. Most cardiovascular workouts also help as well as a proper diet.

Lifting weights is the best way to tone. Consider exercising one day and lifting weights the next day. Keep in mind that you do need to rest and use your muscles regularly for them to tone.

Swimming is by far the best way for toning your body. I swim and it not only strengthens muscles, but tones the arms and legs.

The best way to get toned is to set a decent exercise routine and try to get 200 push ups in a three day a week.
