What is the best way to care for nail beds after removing acrylic nails?

I do not like the way my fingernails feel after removing the acrylic nails so I want to take care of them.

I have found that using cutical oil helps to condition the nail bed and provides needed moisture. Hand lotion helps also. Also taking Biotin a form of vitamin B is and exellent vitamin to take to nourish your hair, skin and nails.

The best way to care for nail beds is to put lotion on your nail beds after you have gotten acrylic nails removed.

Give your nails a break after removing fake nails, that means no nail polish or more fake nails! Try buffing them out with a fine file to get rid of any marks. Also soaking them in Vitamin E oil or some other type of oil will help restore moisture and health to your nail beds and cuticles.

You will definitely want to give your nails a rest for awhile. Try massaging your nail beds and cuticles with a cuticle cream or oil. Personally, I prefer coconut oil because it helps retain moisture and it nourishes your nails and skin.

Get a 4 side file and lightly buff out the unevenness. Apply cuticle oil and leave for several minutes. After washing off, apply a light fortified nail polish. Repeat often.

First thing I would do is consider getting a regular manicure done. Of course let them know what's going with your nails. Then find some nice vitamin e oil, or a cuticle oil that is a strengthener with vitamin e oil in it too. It couldn't hurt to take regular vitamin supplements for skin and nails as well.

Many people feel that their hands are dry and they don't like it. After removing, you can apply the oily lotion on it. This will make good result and reducing the dryness.
