What is the best treatment for the common cold?

I need to get rid of the one I have fast.

Take Emergen-C, I prefer the raspberry. I put it in a large cup 32 oz. and just keep sipping it throughout the day at least twice a day. Keep washing your hands, rest as much as you can. If you're congested drink hot things like tea, coffee or soup. Keep warm but don't get overheated.

Unfortunately, there is no known cure for the common cold. We can employ remedies that diminish symptoms and ease discomfort. Rest and plenty of fluids is a top priority. This enables the body to restore itself and rids toxins. Taking supplements such a Zinc and vitamin C has proved helpful.

The best treatment is to drink plenty of fluids and rest. Over the counter medicines can help alleviate the symptoms, but do not cure. Try a little vitamin c.
