These types of health treatments are ambiguous at best, you should consult a physician before doing anything to "official" icy-hot pads are great, and fluids do as much as-the stereotype.

There are a number of treatments available. The best treatment depends on how bad the stenosis is. Treatments may include injections, therapy, or surgery.

There are several options for treating Neuroforaminal Stenosis. Treatments that you can do from home include alternating heat and cold packs to the area, and using a TENS unit. Clinical treatment may include prescription anti inflammatories, physical therapy, acupuncture, chiropractic therapy, and cortisone injections. Each case is treated according to the patient. I personally prefer therapeutic massage and decompression.

Patients can get short term relief from Neuroforaminal stenosis through traditional or conservative treatments. However, for long term relief of the condition, surgery to reduce pressure on the affected nerves may be necessary.
