You still need to take care of the baby teeth so that the permanent teeth will come in correctly and there will not be more problems later.

Enamel hypoplasia can be classified as mild, moderate and severe. If mild, the child is kept under observation for changes to be noted ;if moderate, the teeth weakens and chips off;if severe capping is to be done. The child is young and the permanent first molars are first to erupt so care should be taken to conserve it.
